I put little posties along my door frame to remind and motivate me to stick to my workout schedule. Half the days are for running/abs and half are for quick strength training routines, with Sundays being rest days. The plan is to remove a postie each day I do a workout. Hopefully there won’t be any left up on the door by the end but I figure if I miss a couple, I can easily see it and hopefully kick my butt into gear. Check back later!
